What this is
We're growing our Samoan–English dictionary. Entries are from one old Samoan language dictionary and our own contemporary usage knowledge (the Samoan words that we just know).
All entries are reviewed by native speakers, which include a Samoan language translator and former Samoan newspaper editor. Look out for their notes in the word pages.
Search by typing in either language above, or browse alphabetically below. Use the macron (ā, ē, ī, ō, ū) and the glottal stop (ʻ) where you can as they can change meaning.
